Cameroon is at a pivotal demographic moment. With a rapidly growing youth population, investing in moral, civic and entrepreneurial capacity is critical to unlock the nation’s full potential. The National Youth Forum provides a platform to align government policy, development partners and youth-led initiatives around this shared ambition.

National Youth Forum

Join youth leaders, innovators, and partners for three inspiring days of policy dialogue, skills building, and networking in Yaoundé.

Objectives

General objective

Deepen the national conversation on youth development, showcase successful programs, and co-design actionable commitments that strengthen employability, entrepreneurship, and civic engagement.

  • Share progress on youth policies and reforms.
  • Highlight innovative projects and funding mechanisms.
  • Foster dialogue between ministries, partners, and youth organizations.
  • Launch collaborative initiatives to scale impact.

Expected Results

  • A prioritized roadmap for youth empowerment, formalized partnerships, and a reinforced sense of patriotic duty among participants to drive inclusive national development.

Methodology

A blended approach combining keynotes, panels, thematic breakouts, practical workshops, and a youth innovation marketplace. HTMX-enabled interactions will keep participants updated in real time with session highlights and resources.
