Objective

Place youth and women at the center of national development through employment promotion, entrepreneurship support, skills development, and social inclusion policies.

Government of Cameroon Ministry of Youth Affairs and Civic Education (MINJEC) Ministry of Women's Empowerment and the Family (MINPROFF) Public and Private Sector Partners

This septennat marks a new national orientation in which youth and women are declared priority groups. The government announced special employment and empowerment programs, including an initial 50 billion FCFA allocation in the 2026 State Budget to finance youth- and women-led projects.
